My Secrets
PERFORMANCE COACHING DEFINED
When you retain me to help you with your professional performance, or your business issues, i.e. no clear cut goals, no way to measure them, no vision; we immediately become a team. I guide you, and you do the heavy lifting based on a detailed agreed to customized plan for you.

We begin by establishing clear and attainable goals which include: assisting you in defining specific, measurable, achievable and relevant goals. If you can’t measure it, you can’t reach it, and if it isn’t relevant and “doable” then it isn’t worth our time.

The first thing we do is to sit down together, define the areas you feel you need help with and then we begin to come up with a written plan to achieve exactly what you want to do. Generally, that starts by defining if you have any goals and/or long term visions for the near and long term. If you don’t, we define ones for you. Once those are defined and agreed to, we develop actionable steps and timelines for you to follow. This includes breaking down larger goals into manageable tasks through accountability and consistent, on-going work. I am with you every step of the way.

Once we are in agreement on your Performance Plan, we then establish regular check-ins: schedule consistent meetings to monitor progress, provide feedback, and make necessary adjustments to your plan. This is when we find out more about how you best learn. Everyone learns in different ways and I listen to you and guide you as to what we agree your learning tools will be—the ones you are probably subconsciously already using in other areas of your life. But, for now, we are going to use them in your business life.

We are always tracking your progress (measuring), or lack thereof in order to either stay on course, or correct whatever elements are obviously not working for you, before you get too far off course.
As part of this performance package, I will be helping you to develop skills and your mindset to work in tandem toward your goals. This includes: Skill training such as time management, communication skills, leadership skills, and problem solving capabilities

At this point, I also introduce, Mindset Coaching e.g. resilience, emotional intelligence, self motivation skills, and overcoming challenges.

Mindset Coaching: Work on developing a growth mindset, resilience, and emotional intelligence to help clients overcome challenges and stay motivated.

Integrating Faith Into your Performance

As a performance coach I also believe deeply in integrating faith into your program with three important considerations:
I need to understand and respect your faith. Understanding and Respecting the client's faith. Your faith plays an important role in the success of your program as it influences your goals, your deepest beliefs in your life and your decision making process.
I am also utilizing my cultural sensitivity by being aware of and sensitive to your cultural nuances that might impact your and your client’s perspective and actions.
Lastly, we work together to align your goals and plan with your faith-based values. This includes value-based goal setting to help you align your faith and principles and ethics. This ensures your pursuit of success and excellence does not conflict with your plan.

Ethical Decision-Making: Use faith-based principles to guide ethical decision-making and resolve dilemmas, providing a moral compass for the client.
Leveraging Faith for Motivation and Resilience: Spiritual Practices: Encourage the use of spiritual practices such as prayer, meditation, or reflection as tools for maintaining focus, reducing stress, and building resilience.
Community Support: Highlight the importance of support from faith communities, which can offer encouragement, accountability, and a sense of
belonging.
By incorporating these elements, I can create a supportive and holistic coaching environment that respects and utilizes the power of faith to enhance your clients' performance. www.ihelpyousoar.net
Life Consulting
Many want to know what is the difference between a life coach and a performance coach.Performance coaching is more specialized, focusing on improving performance in specific areas.
Life coaching is broader, covering many aspects of a person's life. A Life coach aims to help clients achieve overall life satisfaction and balance, whereas performance coaches aim to help clients reach high levels of success and excellence in their chosen field.
Methods: While both types of coaches use goal-setting and motivational techniques, performance coaches often employ more specific and measurable strategies tailored to enhancing performance metrics.
As a life coach, I help clients overcome various challenges. Here are three key areas I focus on:
Limiting Beliefs and Self-Doubt: Many clients struggle with beliefs that hold them back from reaching their full potential. As a life coach, I can help them identify and challenge these limiting beliefs, build confidence, and develop a more positive and empowering mindset.
Lack of Clarity and Direction: Clients often feel stuck or unsure about their goals and the steps they need to take to achieve them. I assist them in gaining clarity about their values, passions, and long-term objectives. By setting clear, actionable goals, I help them create a roadmap for their personal and professional lives.

Work-Life Balance and Stress Management: Many clients experience stress and burnout due to an imbalance between their personal and professional lives. I support them in developing strategies to manage stress, prioritize self-care, and create a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. This might include time management techniques, relaxation exercises, and boundary-setting practices.
Sales Consultant
Personal, Entrepreneurs or Corporate
I work with a broad spectrum of clients from entire corporations to individuals or entrepreneurs. People in sales may struggle to build strong relationships when they focus too much on closing deals rather than understanding their clients' needs. A transactional mindset, lack of genuine interest, or poor communication can create distance and erode trust. If salespeople prioritize their own goals over building rapport, clients may feel undervalued, leading to weak connections and missed opportunities for lasting partnerships. Without empathy and care, it's difficult to foster the meaningful relationships that drive long-term success in sales. Sales are all about making connections with other human beings, especially in the first stages of a new relationship. However, that connection must be kept throughout the sales process and the entire relationship.

As a sales and performance coach I would like to give you three simple yet effective steps for custom-designed sales and performance coaching:
I teach you how to build strong relationships: Sales: Trust and rapport with clients are foundational. Understand their needs, listen actively, and show genuine interest.

I ensure we establish a strong coach-coached relationship based on trust, respect, and open communication. This creates the most fertile environment for growth and feedback and can be viewed as a mentor/protégé relationship

Sales are always based on set clear, measurable sales targets and milestones. I regularly review progress and adjust strategies as needed.
As in Performance coaching I help clients set specific, achievable goals and continually measure your progress. You are always held accountable because you are the one who is doing the agreed upon work. I am the guide, conscience and am responsible for your success—if you don’t succeed, I don’t either.

I also help you stay updated with industry standards, product knowledge, sales techniques and growth and mindset learning.
